The hardest part is to make yourself adjust to your new eating habit and this can take a few weeks to do but after that period you should be able to stick to your diet. Getting over few weeks will be the hardest part of your diet and that where most people fail.
Ensure that you have a goal and that you will slowly change your eating habits and as time progress your stomach will adjust to your new calorie intake. You should also feel some results from eating better as your will feel more active which is worth the diet in itself.
